Monolum, Ltd. was established in 2012 by a group of experts in III-N MOVPE together with Ioffe Institute.
We are developing III-N technology in a cooperation with Ioffe Institute and Submicron Heterostructures for Microelectronics Research and Engineering Center of the Russian Academy of Science
Our basic principle: epitaxial structure properties, growth regimes and MOVPE reactor design are unsplittable, thus reactors should be designd and built by crystal growers.
